Boyland Windows’ real strength is the excellent staff who make the company. They really are a friendly bunch, but all with individual skill sets that perfectly fit each other.

Cliff Thrumble

Managing Director

Cliff looks after wood and aluminium specialist products, as well as large commercial projects. A bench joiner by trade, Cliff can find a solution to any problem and says that getting good feedback from customers is the best part of the job.

Simon Pitcher

Director

Simon oversees orangery, conservatory and extension builds whilst also managing domestic UPVC installation. A fully qualified bench joiner, Simon has been fitting UPVC windows for 20 years.

Janet Hammond

Project Co-Ordinator

Janet has worked in the window industry for over 20 years and will do the research and come up with a solution for any challenge. If she doesn’t already know the answer, she’ll find it!

Shane Austin

Sales & Operations Manager

Starting out as a skilful fitter, Shane now serves as our Sales and Operations Manager. His depth of knowledge about fitting makes him ideally placed to carry out surveys and assess the needs of any project.

Sarah Kyriakides

Customer Liaison

Sarah is our Customer Liaison and the oil in the Boyland Windows engine, keeping everything running smoothly!

Ellie Pitcher

Admin Assistant

Ellie joined Boyland Windows straight from school under our apprenticeship scheme, whilst studying business. She supports all the administrative processes needed to keep things on track.

Completing our team are our loyal and highly skilled fitters, each having specialist areas of expertise, and a bank of subcontractors who we have worked with for many years for those large build projects.
